After achieving significant international success with her first global single "Hijo De La Noche," Neshe is back with a new song titled "Downtown"! This track, featuring lyrics in both Spanish and English, is poised to make a strong impact on the global music scene.
The production of "Downtown" was handled by Neneto (Rafael Alejandro Salcedo Garcia), a producer who has worked with renowned Latin stars such as Becky G, Daddy Yankee, and Natti Natasha. The composition and lyrics were co-written by Neshe and Romanian hit songwriter Anuelli (Emanuela Oancea). The song portrays the life of a woman who has everything she desires, enjoys life to the fullest, and pursues her passions, while subtly suggesting that everything might just be an illusion.
The music video, which surpassed one million views on YouTube within the first weeks of its release, showcases Neshe’s captivating dance performances and ethnic elements. Neshe is a pop singer and performance artist born in Turkey, who uniquely blends Latin pop and ethnic music styles. A graduate of the Modern Dance Department of the State Conservatory at Mimar Sinan University and the Musical Theater Department of the State Conservatory at Istanbul University, Neshe began her stage career during her Erasmus studies at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona.
She has appeared in musicals such as "Footloose" in the United States, and "Chicago," "Nine," "Notre Dame de Paris," and "Grease" in Europe. In Turkey, she continued her artistic career as an actress at the Istanbul City Theaters and as a soloist with the Enbe Orchestra.
Her first single, "Hijo De La Noche," received significant international acclaim, especially due to her collaboration with Anuelli. The dynamic blend of Spanish and English lyrics, along with the striking music video directed by Irem Haykır and shot in Mardin, garnered over one million views on YouTube.
This track made a considerable impact in Latin America and the Balkans, and was featured on major media outlets such as Canal RCN and RCN Radio in Colombia. In addition to this success, Neshe has won numerous awards both in Turkey and internationally, solidifying her position as a rising star.
